You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text descriptions you submit. Generated comics are licensed to you according to your plan: Free plan comics are for personal use only; paid plans include full commercial usage rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payments & Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Comic 8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
